Gets or sets whether the user can select objects in this layer.

Remarks

A false value prevents the user from selecting objects in this layer by the normal mechanisms. Even when this property value is true, some objects might not be selectable by the user because the object or its document disallows it, or because the view disallows it, or because the object is not visible. Your code can always select objects programmatically by calling aView.Selection.Select(obj) or aView.Selection.Add(obj).
