Remarks

A false value prevents the user from copying objects in this document by the normal mechanisms. Even when this property value is true, some objects might not be copyable by the user because the object or its layer disallows it, or because the view disallows it. Your code can always copy objects programmatically by calling CopyFromCollection(IGoCollection).
