Gets or sets whether the user can insert objects in this layer.

Syntax

[Category("Behavior")]
[DefaultValue(true)]
[Description("Whether the user can insert objects in this layer.")]
public bool AllowInsert {get; set;}

Remarks

A false value prevents the user from inserting objects in this layer by the normal mechanisms. Even when this property value is true, some objects might not be insertable by the user because the document or view disallows it. Your code can always insert objects programmatically by calling Add(obj).
