Save this GoView in the GetSessionViewsTable, identified by this view's unique ID.

Remarks
The view must be saved in the GetSessionViewsTable so that the ImagePage image request (normally to GoWebImage.aspx) can find this view and so that the PostBackEvent handler can pass on the PostBackEvent to the proper GoView. The table lookup key is generated by MakeSessionViewID.

Target Platforms: Windows 7, Windows Vista SP1 or later, Windows XP SP3, Windows Server 2008 (Server Core not supported), Windows Server 2008 R2 (Server Core supported with SP1 or later), Windows Server 2003 SP2
