PaintPaperColor Method

Fill in the document paper color or view background color.

Remarks

If this view's document's GoDocument.PaperColor is Color.Empty we use this view's BackColor instead. However, if the SheetStyle is not GoViewSheetStyle.None, this method just fills in this control's BackColor, because the GoDocument.PaperColor is used for the Sheet instead.
