CanEdit Method

Called to see if the user can edit this object.

Remarks

This returns true if Editable, and, if this object is in a layer, if Layer.CanEditObjects. This object's parent need not be editable for this object to be editable. This predicate is used by methods such as GoText.OnSingleClick.
