OnQueryContinueDrag Method

If the user types an Escape during a drag, we cancel the drag by calling DoCancelMouse.

Remarks

If the view is handling a drag that caused objects to be dropped in OnDragEnter when ExternalDragDropsOnEnter was true, this will delete those dropped objects by calling DeleteSelection, before calling DoCancelMouse.
