Parameters

evt

When the Control key is held down, rotating the mouse wheel changes the DocScale to "zoom" the view in or out at the current mouse point. Otherwise rotating the mouse wheel scrolls the view by calling ScrollLine. If the Shift key is held down, the scrolling is horizontal instead of vertical.

This is normally called from the GoToolManager.GoToolManager.DoMouseWheel method, to handle mouse wheel turns in the standard manner.

Target Platforms: Windows 7, Windows Vista SP1 or later, Windows XP SP3, Windows Server 2008 (Server Core not supported), Windows Server 2008 R2 (Server Core supported with SP1 or later), Windows Server 2003 SP2
