DoRelink Method

This is called by DoMouseUp in order to reconnect the existing link.

Parameters

oldlink
fromPort
toPort

Remarks

This makes sure oldlink refers to fromPort and toPort and then calls GoView.RaiseLinkRelinked. This method is responsible for setting TransactionResult, so that Stop's call to StopTransaction will properly call GoView.FinishTransaction or GoView.AbortTransaction, as desired.
