GetNearestIntersectionPoint Method (GoStroke)

The closest intersection point of a stroke with a line is the closest such point for each of its segments.

Parameters

p1: the point we are looking to be closest to, on the line formed with p2
p2: forms a line with p1
result: the point of this object that is closest to p1 and that is on the infinite line from p1 to p2

Return Value

true if the infinite line does intersect with this object; false otherwise

Remarks

This currently does not take into account any Pen width.
