RescalePoints Method

Maintain the same shape for the stroke, but scale and rotate according to new points newFromPoint and newToPoint.

Parameters

startIndex
newFromPoint
endIndex
newToPoint

Remarks

The startIndex point should be set to newFromPoint, and the endIndex point should be set to newToPoint, and all the intermediate points should be scaled and rotated accordingly to maintain the same shape as the original set of points from startIndex to endIndex, inclusive. AdjustPoints calls this method when AdjustingStyle is GoLinkAdjustingStyle.Scale. This method should not be used when Orthogonal is true.
