Gets or sets whether the user can resize selected objects in this document.

Remarks

A false value prevents the user from resizing objects in this document by the normal mechanisms. Even when this property value is true, some objects might not be resizable by the user because the object or its layer disallows it, or because the view disallows it. Your code can always resize objects programmatically by calling obj.Size = newSize or obj.Bounds = newRect.
